Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, bonds, and insurance policies required for their business activities.
ScopeCommandHQ does not verify licensing status and assumes no responsibility for unlicensed activity.
11. Insurance Claims and Supplements
ScopeCommandHQ does not act as an insurance company, public adjuster, attorney, or claims representative.
Insurance claim approvals, supplement approvals, coverage determinations, payment decisions, and claim outcomes are determined solely by insurers and applicable law.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScopeCommandHQ disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, code compliance, and professional suitability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScopeCommandHQ, its owners, members, managers, employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, successors, licensors, technology providers, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or multiplied damages, including damages arising from incorrect estimates, incorrect measurements, incorrect material orders, construction defects, project delays, water intrusion, property damage, lost profits, lost business opportunities, denied insurance claims, supplement disputes, code violations, permit issues, warranty claims, supplier disputes, labor disputes, business interruption, loss of data, bodily injury, death, or regulatory actions, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.
The total aggregate liability of ScopeCommandHQ for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the fees paid by the user to ScopeCommandHQ during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (B) one hundred United States dollars (US $100.00).
17. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScopeCommandHQ and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from use of the Service; reliance on generated outputs; construction work performed; material orders submitted; customer disputes; insurance disputes; regulatory investigations; violations of law; violations of these Legal Notices; personal injury claims; or property damage claims, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
18. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the Service to:
- Commit fraud
- Assist insurance fraud
- Submit false claims
- Misrepresent AI outputs as verified facts
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineer proprietary technology
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
19. Governing Law
